Exclusive Rentals & Management, LLC opened its doors for business in October 2004. The Company is owned, operated and managed by Patricia B. Gallaher. Patricia and her family have been members of this community for more than 70 years, and therefore have had the privilege of observing the exciting growth of the Moore County area.

Patricia is a NC Licensed Real Estate Broker and has been a real estate licensee since 2000. She is a member of the Pinehurst-Southern Pines Area Association of Realtors and The National Association of Realtors (NAR).
