Property Management Fee Includes (but not limited to):
Advertising property for rent.
Trust Account Fees.
Screening Rental Applicants.
Obtaining credit report and references on rental applicants.
Completing rental applications and lease agreements/contracts.
Collection of rents and lease deposits.
Being the “go-between” for landlord and tenant.
Being on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Obtaining contractor(s) estimates for pest control, cleaning, painting, general maintenance, yard maintenance, and any repairs needed for rental property.
Inspection of property before and after tenancy, and as necessary.
Notification to tenants regarding inspections, maintenance, pest control, etc.
